Identification & Acceptance Station
A food sensitivity test gives you the facts about what your body has a hard time with. You accept that and move on. It's not the end of the world, at least now you know.
Stop 2
Planning & Training Station
You start to make your lists, clean up your pantry and line up a few meals. These are your training wheels and you need them for a while. Use the tools, take your time, pay attention to how your body responds. It gets easier from here.

This Is My Life Now Station
Eating for yourself is finally easy. You know what to eat and what to expect if you eat that muffin you shouldn't have. Knowledge is power and sometimes unwanted gas.
